Responsibilities Greeting high profile and VIP visitors Offering individualized check-in and check-out services, as well as rooming for high profile and VIP visitors, to ensure that their stay exceeds their expectations Exceptional attention to detail Coordinating and handling any special requests and/or complaints professionally and promptly Marketing all hotel income channels Making reservations for and promoting various services to the visitors, such as massages childcare, bookings for theatres, restaurants, and trips Assist visitors in scheduling transportation to and from airports, museums, galleries, restaurants, etc.
communicating vital information about visitors to other departments using Opera’s function lines When necessary assisting the front desk with additional check-ins and check-outs. Updates to the Guest History are ongoing. The continual follow-up to completion and seamless and accurate communication of all visitor requests and movements to all departments conceives and presents creative service choices based on knowledge of customers’ needs.
Requirements
Grade 12 or above in high school A degree in hospitality management is very beneficial. Having prior Front of House Reception or Guest Relations experience at a 5-star resort or lodge is required. Extremely well-groomed and professional in demeanor. Outgoing and vivacious. Benefits of having knowledge of property management systems like Opera establishing and maintaining interpersonal connections with visitors, suppliers, and coworkers. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing and reading, are required. Excellent planning and organizational abilities Possess the capacity to operate under pressure Take pleasure in anticipating and exceeding the expectations of guests able to work weekends and public holidays as well as shifts during the week no criminal history Must be willing to sign a 2-year contract with the possibility of an extension.
