Position Description
With a minimum of five years of professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally, in the construction/engineering consultancy or design industry, we are searching for an accounts payable clerk in Dubai. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking for a dynamic position within a developing and ambitious business with a distinctive service offering.
The variety of accounting and administrative duties connected to the accounts payable function can be worked on in this fast-paced position.

Responsibilities:
Processing accounts and remittances in accordance with financial regulations
Verify, categorise, compute, post, and record accounts payable data as part of daily financial activities.
To confirm that all payments are recorded and reported correctly, reconcile the accounts payable ledger.
Verify inconsistencies and fix any billing or payment problems with the vendor.
Supplier reconciliations per month
preservation of historical records
records transactions including cash, checks, and credit cards in order to post supplier payments.
examines information from the project contract details to determine the legitimacy of account discrepancies.
maintains the value of the organisation by keeping information private.
completes pertinent results as necessary to complete the accounting and organisation objective.
