We’re looking for a Team Lead for one of our Delivery Stations. In this post, you will be in charge of expanding and managing operations for a new distribution channel, as well as managing people and performance and driving the operational strategy.

Important job duties
Understand the business concerns and difficulties of transportation operations in a timely manner; identify strengths and weaknesses and recommend opportunities for improvement
· Business needs must be mapped, business processes must be understood, workflows must be studied and analyzed, solutions must be designed, and functional specifications must be prepared.
· Develop and present performance indicators, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis based on data to discover new possibilities for enhancing Customer Experience. Deep dive into developing industry practices and use what you’ve learned to solve business difficulties.
· Design, design, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide initiatives centred on performance enhancement, cycle time reduction for returns, delivery experience, financial audits, alternate delivery service identification, and so on.
