Position Description
Company searching for people to join our expanding sales team. The candidate must be passionate about the real estate industry
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the marketing of real estate sales using advertising media and listing services.
Meet with prospective buyers and consumers to offer them real estate deals.
Communicate with clients to determine their needs and property preferences.
Oversee document preparation and approval.
Coordination of property closings to ensure essential documentation are completed and money are received Using CRM systems, provide quarterly reports to firm management on sales activities and generated returns.
Make advice to buyers and link them to property advisors who can help them with legal and mortgage issues.
When performing real estate transactions, ensure that all housing rules and policies are followed.
Monitor the property market for persons with an interest in real estate in order to persuade them and secure a brokering contract.
Maintain communication with clients in order to have opportunities to explore future business opportunities.
Maintain your understanding of real estate markets and best practises.

Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ sales experience
