Hypermarket Sales Job in Qatar
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy and achieving company goals in Qatar. This position will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve their sales targets and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the sales strategies, plans, forecasts and budgets for the assigned territory, based on market research and customer analysis
- Implement and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed targets by managing account executives, account managers, order entry personnel, customer service representatives and outside agencies as required
- Drive annual revenue growth through direct sales efforts and developing new business opportunities with existing customers
- Be accountable for all aspects of inside and outside account management including forecasting, planning, budgeting, follow up calls/emails to customers
- Provide timely feedback to HQ on customer issues or concerns
- Provide feedback on new product development to HQ
- Work in tandem with marketing team to coordinate promotional activities that drive customer demand
