• Qualification: 10th pass/ITI/12th Pass

1. Salesman

• Qualification: 12th Pass/ITI/Any Diploma

1. Supervisors

• Number of Vacancies: 14
• Qualification: Any Degree

Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit:

Ensure you meet the following criteria before applying:

• Age limit varies according to caste/category:
• General/UR/EWS: 21-30 years
• SC/ST: 21-35 years

Pay Scale & Probation Period:

Successful candidates will enjoy competitive pay scales as per M.S.C.S Act & SIMCO Norms and Rules. During the probation period of one year (365 working days), the pay will be consolidated as follows:

• Office Assistant: Rs. 8000/-
• Salesman: Rs. 10000/-
• Supervisors: As per rules

Selection Procedure:

Our selection process is thorough and fair, comprising:

1. Written Examination
2. Certificate Verification
3. Personal Interview

Exam Pattern:

Prepare for the written examination with the following subjects and marks distribution:

• General Knowledge: 30 Marks
• Mathematics (Aptitude & Mental Ability): 25 Marks
• Agriculture/Sericulture: 25 Marks
• Co-operative Management: 20 Marks
• Total: 100 Marks
• Exam Timings: 1 hour 30 minutes

Probation and Training:

Appointed candidates will undergo a one-year probation period (365 working days) and receive training as prescribed by the department.
