  • Survey Manager – The Line: As a survey manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the survey activities for the Line project, which is a linear city of 170 kilometers that connects the coast, mountains, and desert. You will ensure the quality and accuracy of the survey data, coordinate with the contractors and consultants, and report on the progress and issues of the survey work. You will also supervise and train the survey staff and ensure compliance with the safety and environmental standards. To apply for this role, you need to have a bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in survey management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects. You also need to have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in using survey software and equipment.
  • Performing Arts Asset Development Manager: As a performing arts asset development manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the performing arts assets in Neom, such as theaters, concert halls, and cultural venues. You will also lead the ideation and innovation process for the culture sector, and generate new and creative ideas for enhancing the cultural experience and identity of Neom. You will also collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders, partners, and experts involved in the culture sector, and ensure alignment and integration of the culture policy and initiatives with the overall vision and objectives of Neom. To apply for this role, you need to have a master’s degree in cultural studies, public policy, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in developing and implementing culture policy and strategy, preferably in the Middle East.
