Position: Security Guard

Key Requirements:

Physical Attributes

• Strength and Fitness: Security Guards are expected to be physically fit and possess the strength to handle security responsibilities effectively.
• Age: Applicants should be between 25 to 40 years.
• Height: Minimum height requirement is 5’7″.

Medical Fitness

• Candidates should have no pre-existing medical conditions or major sicknesses.
• Good hearing and optical status are essential.

Physical Appearance

• Applicants are expected to have a smart and professional appearance.
• No visible tattoos, scars, or disfigurements.

Communication Skills

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a mandatory requirement.
• Knowledge of any other language is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of legal guidelines for security and public safety.
• Familiarity with standard security concepts, practices, and procedures.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in any security-related field (e.g., Army, Police, Security, etc.).
• Submission of an experience certificate is mandatory.

Educational Qualifications

• High school qualification or equivalent.

Job Details

Designation: Security Guard

Basic Salary: AED 1,200/-

Housing: Shared Company Accommodation

Transport: Company Transport

Security Allowance: AED 720/- (Subject to physical attendance)

Normal Overtime Allowance: AED 342/- (for 52 hours of overtime per month, subject to actual performed overtime hours as needed by the employer)

Gross Salary: AED 2,262/-
