Compensation and Benefits
- Training Period Salary: ₹50,000 per month
- Post-Training Position: Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade)
- Scale of Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Total Monthly Emoluments: ₹80,280 (including DA, HRA, and perks)
- Annual CTC: Approximately ₹14 lakhs

Selection Process
The recruitment process comprises two phases:
Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test (60 Marks)
- General Awareness: 5 Marks
- English Language: 5 Marks

- Subject-Based Questions: 40 Marks
Phase-II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills, and Personal Interview (40 Marks)
