Hyatt is currently hiring for various positions in its properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and UAE. These include:

  • Events Planning Manager: You will be responsible for planning and executing successful events for the hotel, such as weddings, conferences, meetings, and social gatherings. You will work closely with the sales and catering teams, as well as the clients, to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also manage the budget, contracts, vendors, and staff for the events. You will need to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, marketing, or related field, and at least two years of experience in event planning or management.

  • Team Leader – Front Office (Arabic/German/Russian Speaker): You will be responsible for leading and supervising the front office team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the reception, concierge, and guest services. You will also handle the check-in and check-out of the guests, as well as any inquiries, requests, or complaints they may have. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in hospitality, tourism, or related field, and at least one year of experience in front office or guest relations. You will also need to be fluent in English and Arabic, German, or Russian.

  • Engineering Host: You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel’s facilities and equipment, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems. You will also perform preventive maintenance and inspections, as well as respond to any emergencies or breakdowns. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in engineering, technical, or related field, and at least one year of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have a valid driver’s license and a good knowledge of safety and environmental standards.

  • Event Sales Manager (Arabic speaking): You will be responsible for generating and converting leads for the hotel’s events and catering services, such as weddings, conferences, meetings, and social gatherings. You will also build and maintain relationships with the clients, as well as negotiate and close contracts. You will need to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, sales, marketing, or related field, and at least two years of experience in event sales or business development. You will also need to be fluent in English and Arabic, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Bartender – (Female): You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as cocktails, mocktails, juices, and coffee, to the guests at the hotel’s bar, lounge, or restaurant. You will also ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, as well as the inventory and stock of the beverages and supplies. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in hospitality, food and beverage, or related field, and at least one year of experience as a bartender or barista. You will also need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, and a good knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.

  • Demi Chef De Partie – Pastry: You will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries, cakes, desserts, and breads for the hotel’s outlets, such as restaurants, cafes, and banquets. You will also ensure the quality and presentation of the products, as well as the compliance with the food safety and hygiene standards. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in culinary, pastry, or related field, and at least two years of experience as a pastry chef or baker. You will also need to have a creative and artistic flair, and a passion for pastry and baking.

  • Waiter/ Waitress: You will be responsible for taking and serving orders, as well as clearing and setting tables, for the guests at the hotel’s outlets, such as restaurants, cafes, and banquets. You will also ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of the guests, as well as the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in hospitality, food and beverage, or related field, and at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress. You will also need to have a courteous and professional demeanor, and a good knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.

  • Operations Trainee – Food & Beverages (6 months): You will be responsible for learning and performing various tasks and duties in the hotel’s food and beverage department, such as taking and serving orders, preparing and serving beverages, and assisting the chefs and managers. You will also receive training and feedback to develop your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry. You will need to be a student or a graduate in hospitality, tourism, or related field, and have a keen interest and enthusiasm for food and beverage operations. You will also need to have a flexible and adaptable attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Barista: You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages, to the guests at the hotel’s outlets, such as cafes, lounges, and restaurants. You will also ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee machines and equipment, as well as the inventory and stock of the beverages and supplies. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in hospitality, food and beverage, or related field, and at least one year of experience as a barista or coffee maker. You will also need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, and a good knowledge of coffee and tea varieties and brewing methods.

  • Graphic Artist: You will be responsible for creating and designing graphic materials, such as logos, flyers, posters, banners, and brochures, for the hotel’s marketing and communication purposes. You will also ensure the consistency and quality of the hotel’s brand identity and image across all media and platforms. You will need to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, and at least two years of experience as a graphic designer or artist. You will also need to have a creative and innovative mind, and a good knowledge of graphic design software and tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • F & B Cost Controller: You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the costs and revenues of the hotel’s food and beverage department, such as food and beverage purchases, inventory, sales, and wastage. You will also prepare and analyze reports and budgets, as well as recommend and implement cost-saving measures and strategies. You will need to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field, and at least two years of experience in food and beverage cost control or management. You will also need to have a good knowledge of accounting and financial principles and software, such as Excel, QuickBooks, and Oracle.

  • Demi Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine: You will be responsible for preparing and cooking Italian dishes, such as pasta, pizza, risotto, and salads, for the hotel’s outlets, such as restaurants, cafes, and banquets. You will also ensure the quality and presentation of the food, as well as the compliance with the food safety and hygiene standards. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in culinary, Italian cuisine, or related field, and at least two years of experience as a chef or cook in an Italian restaurant or kitchen. You will also need to have a passion and flair for Italian cuisine and culture, and a good knowledge of Italian ingredients and recipes.

  • Water and Sewer Technician: You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the hotel’s water and sewer systems, such as pipes, valves, pumps, and meters. You will also perform preventive maintenance and inspections, as well as respond to any emergencies or leaks. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in plumbing, water and sewer, or related field, and at least one year of experience as a water and sewer technician or plumber. You will also need to have a valid driver’s license and a good knowledge of safety and environmental standards.

  • Sous Chef (Steakhouse): You will be responsible for assisting the executive chef in managing and supervising the hotel’s steakhouse kitchen, such as planning and executing menus, ordering and storing ingredients, and training and leading the staff. You will also ensure the quality and presentation of the food, as well as the compliance with the food safety and hygiene standards. You will need to have a diploma or equivalent in culinary, steakhouse, or related field, and at least three years of experience as a sous chef or chef de partie in a steakhouse or grill restaurant or kitchen. You will also need to have a passion and expertise for steakhouse cuisine and techniques, and a good knowledge of meat cuts and grades.

  • Night Manager – Front Office: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the hotel’s front office operations during the night shift, such as handling the check-in and check-out of the guests, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring the security and safety of the hotel.
