Now, individuals can seamlessly perform tasks like registration, renewal, addition of qualifications/experience, re-registration, and registration transfer 24X7 through our web portal.

- Specialized Registration:
- Professionals and executives with special qualifications can register with dedicated offices in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, or Kozhikkode.
- Age Criteria:
- Minimum age for registration is 14 years, and there is no maximum age limit.
- Seniority is established from the date of registration, but original certificates must be submitted within 90 days.
- Dual Registration Policy:
- Dual registration is considered a penal offense, resulting in the forfeiture of registration. Ensure compliance with jurisdiction rules.
- Ex-Service Personnel:
- Ex-service personnel can maintain primary registration with the Zilla Zainik Board and secondary registration at the local Employment Exchange.
- Professional degree holders among ex-service personnel can register with the Professional & Executive Employment Exchange.
- Minimum Qualification:
- Literacy is the minimum qualification required for Employment Exchange registration.
- Classification of occupations is done using a 6-digit NCO Code, and multiple A O cards are permitted.

- Residential Certificate from Revenue Authorities

- Nativity Certificate issued by Village Officer
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by Tahsildar
- Driving License
- Identity Card issued to physically handicapped persons by Social Welfare Department
- Employment Certificate issued by the employer to the candidate’s family members.
- Age Proof:
- Relevant certificates to prove age.
- Caste Proof:
- Certificates to prove caste if belonging to reservation communities.
- Educational Qualification/Experience Proof:
- Certificates and mark sheets.
- Special Cases:
- Medical Certificates for disabled persons.
- Certificates to prove marital status for specific benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Online Registration and Renewal: Manage the seamless registration and renewal process for job seekers through the web portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Verification Procedures: Oversee the verification of documents submitted by candidates, including residence proof, age certificates, caste certificates, educational qualifications, experience certificates, disability certificates (if applicable), and marital status certificates.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to rules and regulations governing the registration process, penalizing dual registration and taking appropriate measures for non-compliance.
- Specialized Registrations: Facilitate registrations for candidates with professional and executive qualifications, guiding them to the Professional and Executive Employment Office or Regional Professional and Executive Employment Exchanges as required.
- Ex-Service Personnel Registrations: Assist ex-service personnel in maintaining primary registration with the Zilla Zainik Board and secondary registration in the local employment exchange, with additional considerations for professional qualifications.
- Qualification Evaluation: Evaluate literacy as the minimum qualification for registration and utilize the 6-digit N C O Code for occupation classification, permitting multiple A O cards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
