ODEPC, a government of Kerala undertaking, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced dosa makers for a reputed catering company in Oman. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving various types of dosas, such as plain, masala, onion, cheese, rava, etc., as per the customer’s order and preference. They will also have to ensure the quality, hygiene, and safety standards of the food and the kitchen.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a dosa maker in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
- You must have a valid passport and be willing to relocate to Oman for a minimum of 2 years.
- You must have good communication skills and be able to interact with customers and co-workers in a polite and professional manner.
- You must have a basic knowledge of English and Arabic languages.
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple orders at a time.
- You must be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs and preferences of the customers and the management.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will be offered a competitive salary of 140-150 Rails (INR 30000) per month, depending on their qualifications and experience. They will also be entitled to the following benefits:
