- Analysis of productivity, area coverage, resource allocation, and support for commercial planning and forecasting.
- Product, market, sales process, or customer group knowledge that may be used to influence the creation of the sales strategy, including the identification of new sales prospects in the market.
- Interprets straightforward internal and external business issues and makes best practise recommendations to enhance goods and procedures. maintains up-to-date knowledge of market developments that might affect the company.
- Makes choices and manages tasks or issues within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or clients using judgement. able to help and offer advice for situations that fall outside of predetermined boundaries.
required credentials
Preference will be given to qualified UAE nationals in accordance with Emiratization standards. • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in heavy industry.
- Ability to successfully collaborate across functions; degree in engineering, business administration, or similar; expertise in sales and marketing.
- Oral and written English and Arabic proficiency
Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, effective problem-solving abilities, effective problem-identification and solution skills, shown analytical and organisational ability, and understanding of sales operations are desired characteristics.
