Job Purpose: Salesman – PepsiCo UAE
The primary purpose of the Salesman role is to maximize sales volume, ensure effective product distribution, and maintain excellent customer service standards across assigned sales routes. The Salesman is responsible for executing daily sales plans, maintaining merchandising standards, managing receivables, and providing valuable market feedback to supervisors.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Sales & Distribution
- Sell the complete range of PepsiCo products to assigned customers
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Ensure proper route planning and call frequency
- Maintain stales within approved limits
Customer Service Excellence
