Job Position: Security Executive

Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates should have completed full-time graduation (10+2+3), with preference given to those with NCC certification or certified security courses. Good oral/written communication skills and computer system knowledge are essential. The selected candidate must undergo a BCAS certified Basic AVSEC course, with allowances provided upon course completion.

Salary: Rs. 27,450/- per month (All inclusive)

Upper Age Limit:

  • General: 28 years
  • OBC (3 years age relaxation)
  • SC/ST (5 years age relaxation)

Job Vacancies in Indian AirportJob Description – Security Executive:


Security Executives will carry out Aviation Security Functions as assigned, working in three shifts, including night shifts, with a weekly off on a rotation basis. Career progression, annual increments, and leave benefits are provided based on performance and eligibility.

Training for the Post of Security Executive:
All training for Security Executives will be arranged and covered by the company. The cost of training (Rs. 64,000/- or actuals) will be deducted from the salary in equal monthly instalments. Candidates have a maximum of three attempts to clear the Basic AVSEC course.

Surety Bond:
Selected candidates must execute a surety bond of Rs. 1.50 Lakhs, undertaking to complete the training and not leave the organization within three years, failing which compensation is due.

Selection Procedure – Security Executive:

  • Physical Endurance Test (PET)
  • English Proficiency Test
  • Interviews (Personal or Virtual)
