Job Overview – Packing Operative
As a Packing Operative, you will report directly to the Production Manager and play a key role in daily production operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure fragrance blends are mixed, packed, and prepared according to company standards and customer specifications.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Mix and blend aromatic oils and aroma chemicals according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Pack finished products into steel or HDPE drums with accurate measurements
- Operate pumps and transfer products safely between containers
- Collect samples and submit them to the Quality Control department
- Follow pack sheets to ensure correct labeling and drum specifications
- Clean and sanitize mixing and packing equipment regularly
- Palletize and band drums for safe storage and transportation
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Identify and report safety hazards, spills, or deviations immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
Skills and Attributes Required
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Valid UAE Forklift Truck license (essential)
- Experience in liquid mixing and packing is an advantage
- Ability to handle hazardous materials safely
- Physically fit to manage heavy drums and repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
