🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Requirement: 12th Pass with at least 50% marks.
- For House Evictee Candidates: Only pass marks are required.
- Desirable Qualification: Basic Training Certificate (BTC) or equivalent certification based on ICAO syllabus in Airport Fire Fighting.
Driving License Requirement:
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) License at the time of application.
- Must obtain a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) License within one year of appointment.
💪 Physical & Medical Standards
Applicants must meet the following mandatory standards:
For Male Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 167 cm (165 cm for evictees)
- Chest: 81 cm (normal), expandable by 5 cm
- Weight: Minimum 55 kg
For Female Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 162 cm
- Weight: Minimum 45 kg
Eyesight:
- Distant Vision: 6/6 (both eyes, no glasses)
- Near Vision: N-5 (both eyes, no glasses)
- Color Vision: Normal (as per Ischihara charts)
- Hearing & Speech: Normal
Disqualifications Include:
- Physical deformity
- Night blindness or squint eye
- Flat foot, bow legs, or knock knees
- Major surgery impairing fire service performance

- +3 years for BTC/ICAO qualified candidates

📝 Selection Process
1. Written Test
- Mandatory for most candidates.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

- Training: Non-BTC candidates will undergo fire training with a stipend of ₹10,000/month.
- Must sign a 5-year bond.
- BTC candidates must sign a 3-year bond.
